Defining clear deliverables, then speeding up the critical path
I have managed projects and programs (portfolios of projects) on a regional scale both in Europe and in Asia. I have managed project resources both directly and in a matrix structure; i.e. without direct authority.
• Project objectives
– Does your project have clear deliverables, and are those signed off by end users?
• Team alignement
– Is your project team aligned behind the deliverables?
– Do they buy-in to the timeline?
• Communication
– Is the organisation aware of the project, its objectives and deliverables?
• Implementation
– Does the implementation plan include sufficient time and resources?
